Product Overview

The MS818 series of economical flat locks are made of aluminum alloy and are available in black powder coating or matte silver. The default design is a 90° right-hand opening, with left-hand opening available upon request. The quick-install design allows for installation by a single person. The interlocking snap-fit structure provides tamper resistance and long-term stability.

Product Specification

1.Material

The main body is made of aluminum alloy, with low density and high strength. Its density is approximately one-third that of steel, it provides substantial structural support.

The button components are made of nylon, offering excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance.

2.Surface finishing

Two options are available:

-Black electrostatic powder coating

- Matte Silver finish

3.Operation Mode

After inserting the key, press the button, and the lock back will automatically pop up. Rotate it 90° to the right to unlock.

4.Application

Compatible with door panels of thickness 1-10mm (tolerance ±0.2mm), achieving precise fit through optional screws of different heights.

5.Installation

The installation plate uses a gravity self-locking structure, allowing a single person to complete assembly without assistance.
